The main villa is in excellent condition. It has been renovated recently and scarcely used by the owners since.

Most of the rooms have excellent lake views. It would probably be beneficial to change one of the bedrooms into a secondary bathroom for guests. The guesthouse is in generally good condition, having been totally renovated with modern materials, but would now benefit from a light refresh.

Beneath the guesthouse is ample storage for smaller boats and canoes, with easy access to the lake via a slipway. The private pontoon is to the front of the property.

The property is accessed from an ancient path running between high walls. There is allocated parking for four vehicles very close by and it is possible to drive to 35 metres from the front door on arrival.

The tranquility, excellent views, privacy and sun exposure of Villa Fiorita is hard to match.
