By seamlessly weaving fine art into the structure of real estate, a new initiative by Immobilium is reshaping the conversation around how we live and what we choose to live with.

Known for its innovative model that bridges cross-border property investment with lifestyle design, Immobilium has officially launched Immobilium Art. This new division is dedicated to integrating high-value artworks into residential and architectural settings around the world. More than a decorative gesture, the program positions art as a living presence. It serves as both a cultural statement and a material asset within an evolving global ecosystem.

Whether through curated installations in private residences or the discreet acquisition of modern and contemporary masterworks, Immobilium Art explores how art can deepen the emotional and spatial experience of a home. The artworks are not merely hung; they are embedded into the rhythm and intention of place.

Leading the initiative is Yushen Liao, a multidisciplinary creative whose background spans fine art, luxury interiors, fashion, and cultural diplomacy. Liao’s curatorial vision is grounded in the belief that art belongs not only in museums or market reports, but in the quiet architecture of everyday life. Here, it can hold personal meaning and enduring value. His approach considers both provenance and presence: how a work lives within a space, and how it speaks to those who dwell there.

At the heart of the program is a landmark partnership with VEFA Gallery, a Southern California-based institution founded by Dr. Joseph Anderson and directed by his son, Jonathan. As Immobilium Art’s Founding Gallery Member, VEFA will support the curation and onboarding of select portfolios. These will range from modern masters to contemporary icons. The gallery joins a growing cohort of partners contributing to the platform’s diverse and considered approach.

Drawing from VEFA’s museum-level exhibitions and bold curatorial voice, Immobilium Art and its partners will lead the platform’s broader efforts. These include developing bespoke collector services, immersive art experiences, and programming that connects works of art with architectural, cultural, and emotional context. The goal is not simply to place artworks, but to place them meaningfully in spaces that invite reflection, imagination, and connection.

The launch arrives at a time of rapid global expansion for Immobilium. In the past year alone, the company has opened 36 new international offices across Africa, Latin America, and Europe. Its evolving portfolio now includes not only property, but also private aviation and marine assets. This is part of a broader ambition to offer a fluid, borderless model of living for globally mobile individuals and families.

“What we’re building is more than a real estate platform,” says Immobilium founder Sasha Poparic. “We’re building a lifestyle brand rooted in global access, curated experiences, and financial sophistication. With Immobilium Art, we’re adding a deeper layer: art as investment, art as identity, and art as an extension of home.”

In a time when space is being redefined by design, by culture, and by the forces of a rapidly shifting world, Immobilium Art presents a quiet but powerful idea. What surrounds us shapes us. And perhaps a home can be more than a place to live. It can be a work of art in itself.
