The Project:

It is a project for the alteration and expansion of a building intended to be used for services such as local accommodation in the form of an Accommodation Establishment, predicted to have 9 studios.

The building is located at Rua de Cedofeita, union of the parishes of Cedofeita, Santo Ildefonso, Sé, Miragaia, S. Nicolau and Vitória, in the city of Porto.

The project proposes the expansion of the pre-existing building to the regulatory framework, with the creation of two more floors facing the street, as well as its in-depth expansion, implying the construction of a new back facade in the alignment of the adjoining buildings . The new project maintains the main façade in granite and the shared walls in granite.

The sale price is €690 000.00 and includes the building in the state in which it is free of encumbrances and charges with an approved permit with a construction permit for issue (includes: architectural design, specialty, execution + maps of measurements, works and quantities).
